With VGES approval, Subject Matter Expert-owned materials may be included as part of a learning event. It will be disclosed at the beginning of the learning event if course materials contain the presenter’s own material. In addition, if the subject matter expert receives any share of royalties or profits from any product promotion or endorsement, the interest will be disclosed to the learner.
After many years of attempts at creating a program that supplements traditional education, Verified Group Educational Services (VGES) was established in 2016 to develop a unique dynamic online educational training model in different professional fields.

Your full name is used so that your Certificate of Continuing Education may be awarded upon completion of a course.
For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to send you information about your account and order and to create your account for our Learning Management System (LMS).
We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments and/or essay submissions (if applicable). We also store your communication preferences–such as whether you have opted in to receive marketing communication.
Any mention or schematic/drawing of product or manufacturer is not an endorsement. Such material remains the legal property of the owner and subject to copyright laws.
Student records are maintained on our Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS provides a viable backup system to protect against loss and damage. In addition, our paid webhost provides automatic backup of all records. VGES does not provide learner records to any third party unless authorized by the learner.
Learners have access to their individual transcripts/records, which can be reproduced at the learner’s request, through the learner’s password protected account profile.
You may download a copy of all data you have created on this platform. Click here to start a new request. An email will be sent to you to verify the request. Then the site admin will review your request and if approved, a zip file will be generated and emailed to you.
Access to learners’ electronic records will be maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years. Data will be removed should you request the removal of your data.
A third party may use the “Contact Us” form to request verification upon receiving a learner’s VGES Certificate of Completion. Submission of the course completion certificate to a third party is regarded as authorization by learner. VGES will reply to any verification request within 3 days of the request.
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Group Leaders can access order information such as your enrolled courses, course progress and username / email address.
The content of private messages is visible only to the sender and the recipients of the message. With the exception of site administrators, who can read all private messages, private message content is never visible to other users or site visitors. Site administrators may delete the content of any message.
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal/Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
