The mission of the company is “to be a cost-effective leader in online education and professional development for students and adult learners within a non-discriminatory learning environment”

How long we retain your data
Student records are maintained on our Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS provides a viable backup system to protect against loss and damage. In addition, our paid webhost provides automatic backup of all records. VGES does not provide learner records to any third party unless authorized by the learner.
Learners have access to their individual transcripts/records, which can be reproduced at the learner’s request, through the learner’s password protected account profile.
You may download a copy of all data you have created on this platform. Click here to start a new request. An email will be sent to you to verify the request. Then the site admin will review your request and if approved, a zip file will be generated and emailed to you.
Access to learners’ electronic records will be maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years. Data will be removed should you request the removal of your data.
Where we send your data
A third party may use the “Contact Us” form to request verification upon receiving a learner’s VGES Certificate of Completion. Submission of the course completion certificate to a third party is regarded as authorization by learner. VGES will reply to any verification request within 3 days of the request.
